TINZ Travel Insurance Review

Very happy with TINZ, quick & easy to arrange & very reasonably priced as well. I will definitely use them when we go travelling overseas again.

luckily we did not need to make a claim. the policy was a good reasonable price for what was covered however when organising this online I found it difficult to note existing medical conditions. my first attempt seemed to take it and gave me an estimated price however that did not hold and when I re-applied the price was a lot cheaper. I am glade no claim was necessary as I'm sure there could have been an out should any medical incident had occurred relative or not to any existing condition - which was a worry

Thanks for the cover for this trip. I am disappointed however that your company will no longer cover me and my wife for future trips - despite no changes to our medical pre-conditions.

Although I have not had to make a claim, I had found the application part nice, easy and quick, giving me peach of mind. I will definitely use TINZ again, thank you.

Can't say anything good other than don't come to get travel insurance here, really trying to make it difficult in claim

TINZ kept me onformed of when my cover was due to lapse, the proces of acquiring cover was very easy and I had peace of mind whilst travelling that I was covered.

This is the only insurance company I will ever use. First time we used TINZ we got stuck in Bali. Once we returned the process was so easy to get our claim sorted. Hassle free, helpful staff if you need to call or email. Just returned from Thailand and used TINZ again :) highly recommended.

Did it online, hassle free. Worth the money. I like it that they email you days before your policy expires and guves you the chance to amend it if needed

Excellent organisation to work with. A claim was settled in a couple weeks without any hassle or trouble. I will come back for travel insurance in the furture. Not a choice really. You guys are soooo good.

Didn't need to make a claim, thank goodness, but getting a quote then taking out a policy then changing travel dates was all very easy and hassle free. Very competitive price compared to others.
