TINZ Travel Insurance Review

I found it really easy to understand what is and is not covered by the policies offered. Also, as my husband has pre-existing conditions to be covered, the process was very simple to arrange the required extra cover online. TINZ covers motorcycle travel - which is very important for us.<br/>We have used TINZ insurance twice now - thankfully we have not needed to make a claim.

Easy simple and quick to arrange. When I had to make a last minute alteratation that was easy as well! I didn't need to make a claim but based on the ease of setting the policy up, I expect this would be a no fuss procedure. I'll be back when travelling next year

Easy to buy online and straight forward for older people to get and while no claims needed this trip feel should it be necessary... would be no problem

Excellent service via internet, with info sent regarding claims number and phone details for claims while on holiday. Plus email sent on return.

We always insure with TINZ but never had to make a claim but the last trip I was hospilalized overseas too quick to contact them at the time. They accepted my claim even though the hospital reports etc were in a different language and paid out very quickly. I am so impressed with TINZ!

Insured people were two grandmothers and grandaughter. Very reasonable rates. Easy to set up. Grandaughter had phone stolen. Claim put in. Lots of emailing back and forth getting the right info. We got police reports. A bit of confusion to start with over phone price as phone being on contract was less to buy but due to contract being broken she had to pay back to provider. Extra money was paid by insurance once this was shown.This was fair and we are happy with outcome. Communication could be improved. We still not received notification of extra payment but has gone into account. Thanks! All in all as far as insurance companies go they are pretty good. Fair result in end.

Didn't have to claim but process was easy and quick. I based my decision to use TINZ on reviews and cost.

This was my first time taking travel insurance with TINZ I did have a wee problem over a misunderstood question over the phone but this was soon rectified & settled before my holiday but everyone I spoke with was very pleasant & helpful so I would definitely choose this cover when travelling again. I have recommended this company to friends who are travelling soon.
