Waste of my time and money. Had to email twice during an emergency to get a response. Rude staff as well.

We have insured only with 1Cover for the past ten years purchasing annual cover then at least 2 policies a year, in all this time with a pre-existing condition. in all that time no claims and no problems of any kind. However once you become older than 70 and have even the mildest of pre-existing conditions you are refused any cover. So be warned, do not rely on this company for any cover other than for the younger and no pre-existing cover. We were recently enquiring about cover but were refused. We were told a nurse would speak to us about the cover, nobody rang back. We have found another insurer who takes a far more realistic (and profitable) approach and are happy to insure with them.

I hate filling out forms etc but applying for my travel insurance was an easy fast experience, & reasonable rates. Would recommend to others.

Great to know that my son was fully covered while holidaying in America . If he needed medical assistance or lost any personal items.

I had a trip that had the potential to be the trip from hell. Dodged a hurricane in Cuba by cancelling that part of my holiday and went to Mexico instead. Got caught in an earthquake which caused disruption and delays - extra accom, transport, meal and airfare upgrade costs, but 1cover came to the party!

We have just come back from Australia and had no problems. We had to cancel a trip back in May and were very impressed with the way 1Cover handled our claims. Very efficient. We would always give 1Cover our business for that reason so long as the premiums are affordable, of course.

I chose 1Cover due to their great reviews and I was so glad I did. The overall price of insurance was great, and cheaper than other places but you receive more coverage.I got sick while away overseas, I rang the emergency line which was incredibly helpful and they followed up with me to make sure I was ok and had all I needed. Then making a claim when I returned to NZ was super easy and I had no issues.I would highly recommend 1Cover and will absolutely be using them for all future travel. Thank you!

Seamless, no hassle in sorting this out before I left and it was done all online. Value for money and thankfully we didn't have to claim anything back but having the assurance that we are covered was great.

Read the fine print on offers and promotions...its likely you won't be eligible if you have used this company before

my husband has a pre-existing heart condition and our bank will not cover us with their credit card insurance. 1Cover covered him after we completed the questionnaire and a phone call. All very seamless and prompt. We thought the premium was very reasonable for the peace of mind.<br/>

Purchasing the right cover for me was extra easy. All the information was available at a click of a button. The cover value was great for the amount of money spent on this trip. However, I had no reason to claim which I know is a good thing. But thanks 1Cover
