Fortunately we never had to claim, so we can't really comment except to say that 1 cover is easy to use at a good price.

I am fortunate in that I have never had to lodge a claim but have taken travel insurance out with 1Cover many times over the years and they have been extremely helpful

I heard about 1 cover Travel insurance through our daughter, she said they are the best, so the very first time I used them on line, I thought this can't be this easy, but it was, it was so easy! And I've used them ever since and had a claim once and no hassles at all! Thanks

Great customer service after speaking with a representative (Aaron) about renewing my insurance who tried to help me as best he could. <br/>Unfortunately I was late renewing my policy by 1 day and so I had to change it to an Already Overseas even after I had spent a large sum of money on a years travel insurance with no claims. Doesn’t seem very fair as it means my excess is more and my policy was more expensive by over $100.

Probably not, because buying the insurance was online and simple, but not involving much customer service. However lodging a claim, and its processing, was super easy and the interactions I had were fast, simple and positive. I'll be back!!

We had a fantastic easy experience where the operator was very knowledgeable and helpful. We felt we were well taken care of when purchasing this policy, catering for what we felt was our 'every day needs'. Glad we didn't need to use the policy, that was a great bonus. We will definitely use 1 Cover again next time we go on holiday, due to the easy no hassle process.

1Cover staff their attention and and care was second to none. I would and have recommended them many times now.

Submitted a claim at 9am had confirmation that it was accepted at 2pm the same day, hard to get better service than that.

I was really happy with their service. Had taken domestic insurance for rental car excess. I had to replace the rental car key.<br/>The online claim was very easy and got my money within a day! Definitely recommend.

Didn't need to claim thank goodness but my son did on a trip to Thailand when three Brits attacked him from behind on the beach and the insurance paid up to fix up his face in hospital immediately.
