1Cover Travel Insurance Review

When I included India in my travel plans I received prompt, clear guidance and fee changes. Very much appreciated help.

I went to Samoa to the island of Upolo for seven days. I did leave getting travel insurance till late.1Cover was quick and easy (online) and conformation of the policy very quick, with contact details when required. I can honestly say I did not have to activate any part of insurance policy, but knowing it was available at any was comforting. Funny I got stung by a hornet, completely different to our New Zealand wasp, horrible looking things, but most of all I drove around the Island a lot dodging all manner of animals that crossed the road, including people.

I was easily able to understand what I was covered for in big print (rather than obscure small print that you have to try and work out). This is not so with other insurers, I was able to alter the insurance policy when we were in transit when we decided to travel to another country. All in all it was an easy decision

I have used 1 Cover Insurance a number of times over the years. Thankfully I have not needed to claim but a couple of years ago I was travelling with my sister in-law in the US, she unfortunately got sick and was briefly hospitalised, when we got back I asked her how did her claim go, she said everything went through without any problems, I was so happy for her as I recommended 1 Cover.

I have just had a claim with 1Cover settled quickly and easily. Very happy with the way they got back to me so quickly and processed my claim, for a very painful circumstance, quickly and kindly.<br/>I have been using 1Cover travel insurance for some years now and will highly recommend them to anyone looking for an understanding and reasonable insurer.

Unfortunately I have recently had to make a claim on my overseas insurance cover after a small procedure in a Thailand hospital. Fortunately I had adequate cover on my policy. The staff I communicated with during my claim process where very helpful and patient (I had to resend some of my documentation because my camera was blurring the writing). The claim was sorted with out drama or ducking and weaving from the claims department. Many thanks for a painless process. Good job.

It’s really upsetting when you lose something while travelling. But getting back home and having you guys taking care of it is a blessing. I’m really pleased and will recommend to all my friends.

I do quite a lot of travel and been with a few company's that did not come up to scratch, BUT One Cover is the best. I had to put a claim in and they where excellent to deal with.

After injuring myself on Christmas day I emailed all of the doctors bills etc to make a claim, thinking that because this happened over the Christmas period it would take a long time to process. This wasn't the case, my claim had been processed and approved within 4 days. There were no problems and everything was incredibly smooth and easy. Thank you very much 1cover team. I will most definitely use your services again and will highly recommend anyone else do the same!
