do not buy air nz insurance, first of all its not Air nz the insurance is from ‘cover more’ i had to cancel my tickets because of personal reasons air nz has given my money back as credit but these insurance people has refused to give my money back, i cancelled my tickets 2 months before travel. I paid nearly 500$ for a month travel and i got to know there are cheaper insurances available in market

Not happy with their rescheduling fees.
Not flexible when cancelling flight plan and rescheduling was going to cost an extra $230 after giving 7 days notice before flight
