From comparison sites we rated your package (comparison between value for money and coverage) the best. As we had no need to use your insurance we can only say that price/value seemed best of the bunch.

Great to deal with especially with pre existing coverage as all other company's cut you short at application stage without you stating your individual case ie mention heart attack and diabetes together and they all run for the hills however TINZ listened evaluated looked at all information supplied and bingo I was covered what a relief to be able to travel worry free

We didnt need to make a claim but the comfort in knowing that we had good cover for a very good price made us very happy with the whole travel insurance experience.
Will look you up for our next overseas holiday.

I had to submit a claim after Lufthansa lost my baggage whilst on route to Germany.
My claim was handled very well upon my return and was paid out relatively quickly.
There was only one small observation which I would like to point out! I immediately contacted TINZ about my missing bag. However, the call which I had to make from my mobile whilst in Germany cost me $48 for an 11 minute call! I thought at the time that it was a free phone number but found out from my recent mobile phone bill that it was not! The infuriating thing was, that. I was placed on "Hold" for a considerable time before I was given approval to make purchases for additional clothing etc.

Thank you for having my back, knowing that I am covered by Insurance company NZ. Reassurance is always on my mind when I am traveling abroad. No one knows what will happen when you're out of the Country. Thank you NZ
