I didn't need a claim, but setting up insurance was easy and stress-free on the night before I travelled around the world. Plus when I nearly missed a transfer flight due to long queues at customs, it was reassuring to know I had any additional possible expenses covered. Staff v helpful on phone when setting up. Will use again.

Although we did not need to make a claim the policy was reasonably priced and covered absolutely everything. I found the staff most helpful when I made initial queries vis telephone. Highly recommend this company.

I have now used TINZ twice without making a claim and I feel that if or when I need to use you again I feel that a reduction charge for the existing medical conditions would be favourable. [at least to me!]

I made contact about a potential claim by email and had no response for 10 working days. I sent a follow up email and then got a reply. Useless. Will not use again.

Initial claim process ok.
Payment delayed - my error in bank details
Delayed a month before paying
No reply to 4 emails.
Phone call but no apology.
Further 10 days before payment

I had no incidents, but it was comforting to know that If I did that I had some insurance.

TINZ made the whole process of taking our travel insurance easy and painless. Thank you for your help. Fortunately we did not need to make a claim for anything.

Although we didn't need to make a claim knowing we had a policy gave us peace of mind!!! The customer service rep i had was sooooo friendly and it was an easy sign up WOULD Definitely recommend to all and based on costs, how easy it was but especially the CSR who signed me up TINZ now have customers for life!!! Too easy worry free at a good price . didn't need it but glad I had that peace of mind.

I didn't have a claim but seemed a great insurance plan. I was a little confused by the cover dates and how these worked respective to the different time zones. A little more information would be required to give a perfect score.

Choosing TINZ was an easy choice.I had compared prices with other travel insurance companies and TINZ came out on top price wise and was an easy transaction. We are a family of 7 and it was easy to have the whole family covered.thankfully we didnt need to claim as our travels went smoothly however I'd be happy to use TINZ in the future again

As I extended my trip, I'd have liked an option online to do so without having to reclaim, or talk on the phone.
