Best price for insurance to america. I had delayed connecting flights and claimed on extra accommodation costs and the claim was promptly paid out. Awesome

Thanks to TINZ who helped me process a travel claim when I unexpectedly had to cancel my trip overseas. They were easy to deal with, were readily available when phoned/emailed and helped me process the claim from beginning to end.

Damaged a rental car in Europe & claim was processed within 3 days of my return to NZ. Couldn't ask for a better experience.

Easy and explains clearly what you are covered for, received emails during and after my trip. Will most definetly use TINZ again and have recommended to freinds.

I never needed to use it but it's was great knowing I was fully covered and the amount I spent certainly didn't put a dent in my wallet.

I found by comparing other NZ based travel insurance policies that TINZ was the best value for money. I liked the online application good but was frustrated with 2 things. 1 - I didn't have the option to discuss my pre existing injuries to a real person, instead I had to fill in and e-mail a form before I was accepted for cover. 2 - I had to e-mail TINZ the day before my travel because they had not yet issued my (and my partner) with the insurance certificate.
Otherwise, I think the cost compared to the cover benefits is fair and reasonable and their website is easy to use.
Thankfully, I had no reason to use it :-)

A few months ago, I was shopping for travel insurance for my husband's business trip. We ended up going with TINZ for the best coverage and price.
