Having travelled a number of times, always with travel insurance but never having to claim, it was a great relief to have my claim with TINZ go through relatively smoothly. I was not able to supply the exact information requested by TINZ for my claim but my alternative evidence was sufficient. Lesson, always keep EVERYTHING until you get home!!

Me and two friends were traveling through southeast Asia with TINZ comprehensive cover. I was robbed in Vietnam and TINZ processed my claim promptly and very fairly.

Earlier in the trip the sales team also made it super easy to extend our cover when we decided to keep traveling for longer.

Overall I would say TINZ comprehensive travel insurance is great value for money and fair/easy to deal with.

My only small complaint is that the only way to make a claim was to fill out a PDF form, something that is not always easy to do when you're travelling.

I accidentally damaged my phone, claim form with all proof submitted, the reply was like wait for 10 days to allocate a case manager and then only the claim process start. Very much disappointment the reply because other insurance sort these kind issues within 2 or 3 days

I was impressed to get an email on the second to last day of my holiday, asking if I wanted to extend the insurance. Although I didn't claim this time, I did need to make a claim on my previous holiday to the States in May - TINZ are extremely efficient in processing the claim and the whole experience has been so easy both times, from applying to claiming (or not claiming). Very impressed - will definitely continue to use and definitely recommend them

We always take travel insurance but with some medical history this does get more difficult as we age. TINZ are better than most apart from the fact that like all the rest they dont make allowance for those of us who are fit, good BMI and look after ourselves.

A very easy way to get travel insurance when you have had health issues. Great staff, good communication, everything was thoroughly explained

It is said Proof of the Pudding is in the eating,
I bought what I consider was a good pudding and the baker was very clear in describing how it was baked and what the ingredients were,the price was right too.
Fortunately in this case I never got to taste the pudding,I would buy the product again.

The first time I have had a company contact before the end of the trip in case extra needed. Also never had any contact afterwards.
I realise this is easy for on-line contact, but would definitely consider your company in the future.
