Was easy to buy & as yet I have not had to claim but most items one could run into seem to be covered.

I needed full cover for the Russian Far East and Arctic including emergency evacuation. 1Cover were able to provide without any fuss and at rates that no on else could compete with. They have a fast, straightforward online process and good follow up. Will definitely use them again.

My husband and I bought joint, comprehensive insurance for 5 week overseas holiday with multiple destinations.
Before buying, I researched a number of Insurance companies and chose 1Cover because it was easy to get; reasonably priced; provided comprehensive cover; gave polite and prompt communication.
We did not need to make a claim

I was unlucky and had to claim on my insurance. My advisor was very helpful and friendly and they rescheduled my flights with no issue. Accommodation and other costs refunded less than 2 weeks later. I'd definitely recommend 1 cover and will use them again.

I never look anywhere else for travel insurance, and always recommend 1Cover to friends, family, and people involved in my business. Hands down - best value for money and no hassles.

Easy and simple online process which took about 5 mins. Only suggestion would be to make exempt medical conditions more clear (e.g. asthma), ended up having to call about it.

Very easy to arrange online with competitive rates. We did have a small claim that was handled very efficiently.

My only problem with 1cover is that they wouldn't cover myself or my husband for medical insurance due to our ages, over 80, and we only have minor health issues, so I worried a bit whilst on holiday overseas incase one of us had an accident, but luckily no, and again didn't need to claim on anything.

Case was not assessed properly, Send me a totally wrong decision letter. Asked for extension of policy, but was not approved in the first instance although there was an option for extension as stated in their website. Not recommended at all.

We felt the cost of this travel insurance was very reasonable, and thankfully we did not need to make a claim.
