First time user with 1Cover. Very impressed. Closer to end of trip we received an email to advise that we would be covered if we wished to extend our holiday. Keep up the good work.

Just prior to departure I faced the possibility of a serious health diagnosis. I contacted 1 Cover and was assured that if a definite diagnosis came through it would go under "disclosed conditions" and all would be covered. Fortunately, all was clear but the response from your company was so courteous and reassuring. Thank you!

No complaints as all, they were easy to talk to over the phone and email and the cover was just as promised ( I had to claim due to an unexpected operation prior to travel). Blessed and thankful for 1Cover's help!

It was a quick and easy to access online and gave a sense of relief, knowing we were covered. We didn't use any medical but it was great that it was there.

The staff on the the phones could not have been more helpful. I left taking out extra cover until three days befor I was due to fly. They rush it though, so I went with no worries. Thank you.

My value for money would have been 10 except that I was not impressed with the charge of $103.00 for a 2 day extension. Way out of proportion to the original cost.

We love that you offered us cheap travel insurance, but when we actually called the 0800 no about a claim on the car we rented we just gave up. No one answered the call. So not sure if we will use again

I purchased a policy for $870 for 6 months coverage. Our plans changed and after 5 weeks we had to return home. We called to cancel policy and get a refund on the unused portion and were informed that this was not possible.

I feel ripped off

I have used 1Cover a few times now, unfortunately this time we had to make a claim as my son lost his phone over board when we were on a river boat ride. Our claim went through without a hitch and was prompt and hassle free. Thanks very much

Didn't need to claim so good news here and online purchasing easy and smooth. Planning a trip to Japan next May and will use again.

Good to deal with, but we had to pay alot more this time as 1 of us was over 70.
