My camera suffered water damage and was completely ruined a few days into my trip to Hawaii. It was covered by my insurance plan, and 1cover offered exceptional customer service which helped me to feel reassured during the quick claims process. I am really thankful that I used 1cover as my insurance provider and I will always use them in the future. I will never twice about purchasing insurance for an overseas trip again!

I've used 1-cover a fair few times now. Including a recent trip to the states.
My last trip lasted 5 months and at the end a flight was cancelled due to weather.
1-cover advised me on what to do and they paid me back my costs after a few weeks processing.

My husband and I travel quite a bit now being semi retired, and I always go to 1 Cover for our insurance. About 18mths ago while in Europe we were robbed of hubbies camera case and all his equipment and other electronic devices, we were devastated not only from the shock of the robbery but from the loss of trip photos and gear. I cover were excellent , I notified them and when I got home and found documentation of things lost, they didn't hesitate to reimburse for our loss. They were so understanding as we couldn't get a Police report anywhere in Rome and they seemed to understand this.
Apart from all this the rates are fantastic you wont find better and no one hassles you while you are trying to make up your mind.
Keep up the good work , will never use anyone else.

I had to make a claim and the whole.process was absolutely terrible and very stressful. There was a huge lack of communication and I'm very unhappy with the service I got. Will never use you or recommend you again.

My claim was handled quickly and fairly. At first I was told no excess would apply to my particular circumstances (they volunteered this) but when the claim was settled the excess had been deducted. When I questioned this I was told 1Cover had made a mistake and the excess should/would apply. I accepted this but later they contacted me to say they would honour the original communication and refunded me the excess. Naturally I was pleased and now feel I will purchase travel insurance with them again, I thought that was a decent thing for them to do.

Although some effort was required gathering the information together to make the claim, this problem lay with the airlines who were most unhelpful to say the least. Your online communications were clear and the claims officer who did speak to me directly was direct, clear and very helpful. Although I was unable to recover all losses, 1 cover did reimburse a significant component. Thanks

The emergency claims enquiries team and nurse were excellent. I always felt supported. The whole process was straightforward and fast.

Our flight was delayed one day due to fog. Claim paid quickly and hassle free for both food and taxis. Call center was helpful in confirming what we could claim at the time it occurred.
