Taking out the policy online was simple. We didn't have a claim so can't review that part of the insurance.

I've used 1 Cover three times. The premium is very good but I don't know how good you are with claims.

Simplest travel cover ever - just sign up, the price beats most stuff out there and the terms cover more than your average travel insurance. Customer service is exceptional.

1Cover is who I use when wanting Travel Insurance. They are affordable and their Cover plans are very comprehensive so I always know that should the need arise I will be looked after.

We've used 1 cover in the past and will do so again - the cover you get for the money is excellent so it's really good value. Great to also get an email on our return asking if we had any issues/claims. Although we didn't, I have no doubt that they would have been handled well.

I have used 1Cover often but have never had to claim. There must be a Guardian Angel watching over 1Cover customers!!

Once my trip had commenced I needed to extend my travel policy. With 1Cover it was no problem. My emails were answered promptly and the cover extended.

1 cover is so easy and what you pay for it is very affordable. Will always be my number one when we're travelling. We don't even bother searching for other options.!!

Never had a problem requiring a claim but confident that if/when I do it will be dealt with professionally.

I thought that I had no-excess medical cover with my "comprehensive plan" however as I can understand from the inarticulate person who called me earlier I am in fact not covered and the no excess medical category applies only if I had called a third party australian insurance compnay at the time of treatment or something to this effect Your employee who called me is not fit for the job. please review the taped call.

Value for money as it covered everything I needed without having to request add-on's (Diving and Medical evacuation). All the information can be found on the website printed clearly and honestly (unlike other providers where there's more "fine print" than not). I did email with a question and it was answered accurately and quickly.

I went away safe in the knowledge that if anything happened I was covered. Thankfully nothing did. I will use 1Cover again next year.
