I have used 1Cover several times now for overseas trips. As yet I have never had to make any type of claim so it is difficult to assess how successful this would be BUT I can say that 1Cover provide a wide cover for anyones travel needs at a very competitive price.

After providing medical details info application seemed to get lost in system. I had to keep making contact to complete process.

As usual I have never had reason to use this insurance but still gave me immense peace of mind when traveling in the USA where health is so very expensive

Will always book with 1cover. Helped me heaps when I couldn't reach them overseas. Very fast at responding as well

The second time we have used1 Cover and we are again very satisfied with the price and the cover arranged. Fortunately we have no need to clain for any illness or inury so I can not comment on that part.

Having used 1Cover on 3 occasions now I can now vouch for their excellent service. Never having had to make a claim before, we were unsure how things would be. I had a heart attack in USA last trip and so my cover was not cheap at NZ1200 for 35 days away in USA but when I got infected shingles around my eye and came home a day early, they covered the extra flight from Melbourne as well as all the doctors and medications in the US. You hear so much negative stuff about travel insurance but it was great to find it worked well for us. Sure we could have stayed in US and had a much bigger bill so maybe that helped. Still very impressed.
