This was the first time I have used 1Cover. It was really easy and simple to do online. And the fact that they covered some existing conditions eg blood pressure (high) was fantastic. I would definitely use you again.

Have used 1Cover many times but because of never having to claim (which in a way is really good) I cannot comment on how they would deal with a claim. However as far as taking your money and customer service I have had no problems.

Travel was great. Good to know that we were covered by 1Cover. Very reassuring! Thanks for this peace-of-mind cover!

It took time to claim for our medical travel insurance as our son got hospitalised during our travel overseas.Still waiting for the reply. Waiting for a refund for all the expenses if possible.

Affordable ,piece of mind cover ,used the every time I travel ,lucky I have never had to claim .thank you One Cover your the best .

Disturbed to find that my husbands new hearing aids worth 9K were not covered and neither was my engagement ring worth 7k!! (would have only paid out $250 if it had been lost) These were both had current valuations and were notified to them.

Luckily neither were lost on the trip!!!

I needed to change one of my destinations at the last minute , it was no bother at all. I did it through email with immediate, friendly help

The process of obtaining the travel insurance was easy and fast online.
We researched other insurance providers and found 1 Cover to be good value.
We have never had to make a claim so cannot review their performance in that area.

This is the first time i have used one cover and as I had no reasons to make a claim I can't make any comment on the review process. Still there is a bit more travelling left to do

We had a small medical claim caused by a visit to a hospital in Slovenia.
When we got home we filled in the online claim form, attached a copy of the receipt and it was accepted and paid out within a week.
That's service!

As always so easy to get cover and sort on line, makes the smaller but important things easy to do.
