Choosing TINZ was an easy choice.I had compared prices with other travel insurance companies and TINZ came out on top price wise and was an easy transaction. We are a family of 7 and it was easy to have the whole family covered.thankfully we didnt need to claim as our travels went smoothly however I'd be happy to use TINZ in the future again

As I extended my trip, I'd have liked an option online to do so without having to reclaim, or talk on the phone.

Easy to see what suits best and what would suit my needs the best. will use TINZ again as I'm going to Australia next month.

I made a successful claim with SCTI for tour costs and plane tickets as a result of a natural disaster. The tour company cancelled and wouldn't provide a refund and Southern Cross reimbursed me for the money I was out of pocket. There was a Safe Travel warning for travel to the affected country, but this happened after I bought my policy so I was covered. I will now always use Southern Cross Travel Insurance and would happily recommend.

When looking for travel insurance we went online and found this website easy to navigate and very competitive. Would recommend and will use again.
