Never had a problem requiring a claim but confident that if/when I do it will be dealt with professionally.

I thought that I had no-excess medical cover with my "comprehensive plan" however as I can understand from the inarticulate person who called me earlier I am in fact not covered and the no excess medical category applies only if I had called a third party australian insurance compnay at the time of treatment or something to this effect Your employee who called me is not fit for the job. please review the taped call.

Value for money as it covered everything I needed without having to request add-on's (Diving and Medical evacuation). All the information can be found on the website printed clearly and honestly (unlike other providers where there's more "fine print" than not). I did email with a question and it was answered accurately and quickly.

I went away safe in the knowledge that if anything happened I was covered. Thankfully nothing did. I will use 1Cover again next year.

In general, my experience has been ok. The customer service has been good and the response on my claim that I made was very good. What let them down was the misleading way in which they advertise how much you are covered for. Unless you carefully read the terms which aren't shown clearly when buying the coverage you may be left short changed. It states with their comprehensive coverage that you have $15000 of luggage and personal effects coverage. I had a phone, watch and cash stolen which came to a total value of 3200 roughly. They ended up paying out 1900 due to to coverage limits that they have on individual items which once again is not stipulated when you're on the buying page, you have to read their terms very carefully. Will not use again based on this experience unless they are interested in touching base to look at assisting further.

Sure, us "oldies" are more liable to claim from falls and illness etc, but we don't do all those crazy adventure sports that the young do. I feel that the loading for us oldies is unfair. We are going to Aussi on June 14 for 4 months. Would you like to quote?

Travel Insurance if choice now. Recent holiday in Fiji was a great success and no need to claim anything but good to know that 1Cover was with us all the way! Have had a previous claim with 1Cover and this was sorted with minimum fuss and to my complete satisfaction.

While overseas I changed my travel plans and added a trip to Singapore. The customer service team were fantastic and updated my travel cover via email. It was simple and hassle free. Thanks heaps to Miller and Kerry!

While we had no need to make claims the 'peace of mind' having great cover allowed us to relax knowing we had great protection. THANKS 1 COVER.

Website link is user friendly. Customers can easily navigate and see the cover. The multi-trip is also easy compared to other insurance.
