We didn't put in a claim but from the moment I made the decision to you TINZ their customer service and welcome home e-mail showed they would be happy to help with any claim I may have had. I will use them again for my next holiday for sure.

I have used 1 cover many times in the past ,this time i needed to make a claim and it wasn't too difficult to do .i had very good service along with a good outcome and will definitely continue to use 1 cover for future travel .

We had travel insurance. Our connecting flights got cancelled at the beginning of a two week trip which included many bookings for accommodation, car rental, flights, water taxis etc. The weather forecast was not predicted to improve. I rang 1COVER to find out what our options were. Incredibly helpful. Informative and friendly assistance. Promptly emailed any documentation that would be required should things not go according to plan. Fortunately our connections worked out the next day and a great trip was had. Excellent prompt service and peace of mind. Will definitely insure with 1COVER again.

Very easy to take out. Even with the extra work of adding pre existing conditions it was no problem. I have recommended 1Cover to friends.

Have used 1Cover a number of times now and found them quite easy to deal with on the odd time I have had to make a claim.
The one thing I would like 1Cover to look at is their initial reply email when making a claim. If you send some but not all of the details required for a claim the response asks for the information again

So very simply, just send my receipts in and had an email back within a few days with the approval.

Broke my glasses on holiday, wrote in to find out what I needed to provide to initiate a claim and they got back to me the very next day.

We are happy to endorse 1 Cover as we have used them many times over the years (no claims yet !!). Friends we know have used 1 Cover and have had no issues with any claims they have had. One friend had to fly back to NZ after a family death and they cannot speak highly of 1 Cover with the help they received from them

value for money, but when it comes to claiming the value paid off is not reasonable. My $300 worth of Rayban claimedand I get a pay out of $113 even thought thet were 3years old how can i repair or replace it with a similar rayban for that price. I feel payout should be realistic keeping in mind the cost to replace if repairing is not an option with certain items. Everyone knows everything is not repairable. I am sure 1cover could have done better. This was my 2nd travel cover purchased within 6months. Would have really scored more if a relaistic price was paid for my Rayban..

I paid this twice and emailed my mistake, the money was back in my account the next day. WOW!!
