Five minutes and I have my travel insurance sorted! Most times it's not needed, but the feeling of security whilst travelling abroad is worth it's weight in gold. (My kids feel more confident too when I set off on one of my adventures)

Barry had a heart attack and was hospitalized shortly before we were due to travel we therefore had to change travel to later dates incurring additional costs. I Cover processed our claim in an exceptionally quick time. We highly recommend them and will certainly use them again.

I would highly recommend 1Cover and I will be using them again on my future travels. After my son had an accident while in Hawaii requiring an ambulance and hospital visit to A & E. My claim was hassle free with good communication and closure within 48 hours of claim made.

1cover provides great family cover for less money. Website application is spot on. And common pre-existing condition are covered. I am very happy with 1cover

We used 1Cover for our recent trip to Hawaii and needed to make a claim when our son had to go to hospital. The 1Coer team were great at every stage of the process. We rang them while in Hawaii and they were very helpful and by the time we arrived home the claim had been processed and approved already!

Trip to Perth and then onto Bali planned for husbands 60th birthday, booked for months, and the day before we travel he gets diagnosed with appendicitis!
Once all the paperwork was completed (a very easy process) and lodged, refund was deposited within 2 days. You can't ask for better service than that. We will definitely be using 1Cover again

Following a terrible experience with another travel insurer I changed to 1Cover and have used them many times since. Their help with a medical issue requiring hospitalisation in Cambodia was enough to make me a life long customer.

Stuck in Denver Airport after midnight, flights cancelled, total chaos, 24 hour delays. Missed flight to NZ. The only hotel with a room cost over US$235.
Called "1cover " in NZ from my iPhone. Instant reply and approval to take the room subject to the NZ$100 excess. Pretty good eh!

We had taken out 1Cover Insurance for a trip to Bali. The week before we were due to fly out my son had a specialist appointment & we were told that he required an urgent surgery & would be in hospital for 3 weeks. We provided 1Cover with the relevant information & our claim was accepted & paid out without any undue delays. Great Service.
