Thanks guys, I felt safe when overseas and I never had issues and your system was easy and friendly. With the amount of travel I do I will definately use you again for my pre exisitng conditon

We went on holiday for 24 days to Bali. As we are getting older, we wanted to go with peace of mind - just in case! We had a great holiday, no mishaps, but always had peace of mind knowing that it anything did happen we would get back to NZ with no problems as we were insured. Just a few minutes on line, that's all it takes. Thanks

Used a toll free number to find the where abouts of our luggage over the first 3 days and ran up a $600 phone bill. Now advised by 1 Cover they they will not cover this expense. Feel totally cheated on a legitimate claim after we toughed it out while waiting for our baggage and not claimed for anything else. First claim I have made over several times use of 1 Cover. Will never use again.

I did have an accident, fell on my side and probably a couple of cracked ribs, we were about to board the Rocky Mounteer train so just took lots of pain meds, and the thought of going to,hospital with a possible stay was my choice not to, then hit my foot on my bag and sure I have a broken toe! I've never had to make a claim nothing has ever happened when I've travelled and usual just go with the credit card insurance, The one time Ive paid for insurance I didn't make use of it.

I did not have to claim but 1Cover was by far the best value for money and easiest to purchase.

I have found 1Cover to be competitively priced, but they also have had good communication and followed up with any concerns in a timely manner. Will happily use them again.

How can a company only insure against items stolen from a car in daylight hours! And from a concealed locked storage unit in the vehicle. What happens when the vehicle is a 4 wheel drive.

As someone over 75 it is harder to find reasonable health cover with travel insurance but 1 Cover was fine

Sold as basic insurance and the front screen on a mobile device said baggage insurance - fine print is none. Basic insurance exclusions hidden under layers of material to read difficult to see on a mobile device. Describing the insurance as Basic is unfair, better described as barely insurance, like not much cover on not much. Customer service inflexible, refund asked for for good reason (product misdescribed - said baggage insurance but none in fine print) but company by email refused. Barely accommodating attitude and other reviews confirm a bad deal. Gives travel insurance a bad name. If the company was ethical they would refund my insurance as it was misdescribed, I think deliberately. They were certainly not interested in being fair.

1Cover were able to cover existing conditions and I thoroughly recommend them. We will definitely be using them again.

It was straight forward to book the car excess insurance. It was reasonable value for money . We didn't make a claim
