Appreciate the peace of mind of having travel insurance. Especially chose 1Cover because of their very good rental car cover.

Had two quotes from the company a week or two apart the second quote was much more expensive, I found this hard to understand but apart from that I would recommend this company.

Pre-existing medical conditions covered with additional premium. Great customer service. Easy to complete claim form. Responded same day to claim. Will definitely use again.

didn't need to make a claim, but i found this policy to exactly meet my needs, not too much extras that i wouldn't use, but covered if something goes wrong.

Only issue was having to ring on my cellphone and put on hold for about 10 minutes. Really expensive .However they did ring me back when I rased it

I have not joined Adobe and do not want to, so therefore I have had to print the claim form out and send it by post - which is not a hardship but if the claim form was Microsoft office it would be much easier. I could not attach my supporting information or the claim form when I wanted to check it.

Trip was a breeze, covered everything that didn't but could go wrong. Highly recommend this to other friends of mine.

We put in a claim for travel delay after our flight was diverted to another airport due to fog,resulting in a twelve hour delay-our claim was paid out without question or delay- very impressed

We did not make a claim ..but when we called them for some help they were awesome. They found addresses for us for hospitals and then kept in contact to check how things were going .... awesome we would use again.

I found the 1 Cover Travel Insurance was well priced and gave me the confidence to travel knowing that if I was to have any problems 1 Cover would be there for me.

Lap Top broken during trip to Europe. Claim was no hassle, paid out after due process, took around a month. Nice work. Thank you 1Cover.
