Easy to take out and great value for money. The guy on the phone was quick to answer my questions and nice to deal with.

Very hard to get hold of with only a NZ number, ended up with multiple points of contact through phone line mishandling. More money spent with other insurance would of covered the toll calls. Advice offered also contradicted that of the Embassy based in the country of incident. Would use again, but not for further travel far abroad

The claim process was neat. We presented all the required documents, and the settlement took less than a week to reach our bank account.
Also, we received assistance all along the incident until resolution. Thanks!

When something goes wrong traveling the last thing you want is a week to get a reply and a month to see settlement. With 1Cover I was confirmed within 3d and settled 5-7d later. Very happy with the service.

Quite simple and straight forward to lodge online application. Haven't made any claims yet so cant comment in this regards. Overall, good experience. Will use them again for future covers.

Getting our travel insurance was easy and straight forward i liked that you already accepted certain medical conditions without having to go through another process. I liked the easy read policy which clearly spelled out what we could claim and were covered for.

I have now been trying to sort my claim for 6 months. This is the worst insurance company I have ever dealt with. Stay very clear! They have awful customer support. My claim has been passed around there office as no one whats to deal with it. I was asked to be passed on to there complaints department, and I have had nothing from them in 20 working days.

Unfortunately I had to claim on our travel insurance, we had to cut short our holiday due to family tragedy, TINZ were great.

Super easy setting up travel insurance policy. Comparing prices out did all the competition hands down in price and policy cover. Have used twice now and will again in the future.
