I had an indecent while away and sort a claim as it was a fluke accident, however was told not covered for this particular happening, yet if I had said one word different would have been covered I was truthful, however I am not one to lie. So I am not happy as it has cost me dearly. Sorry wont use again. I had been told great value but will use my same one I always use.

wouldn't bother with travel insurance again as when you need them they always have a clause to get out of it

Good to know you covered when travelling abroad. Not having to worry about the what ifs, and be able to relax knowing that if the unexpected happens you be sorted with a quick phone call.

the rental company deducted the excess immediately and you were given a print screen of this from our bank account. nevertheless you still wanted a copy of the repair invoice. this held things up

Easy to organize insurance,good communication. Cover for USA,Canada appropriate for destination. Going there next year as well and will use company again.Thanks.

This is the second time we have used TINZ - admittedly we didn't have to claim but feel reassured the process would have worked as TINZ kept in touch with us! Significantly cheaper than other options. we chose Comprehensive plus and were travelling to USA.

It was easy to follow the instructions online and the rates were good in comparison to other main travel insurance companies.

I love using 1 cover, I always get my insurance through one cover whenever I travel and it just gives me lots of reassurance that I’m covered If something goes wrong.

Claiming insurance was hassle free, quick and easy with Zoom insurance. We had to cancel our trip due to a family emergency and they were very helpful and easy to deal with - specially in comparison to the insurance companies our other family member booked though. Highly recommend.

We had to claim while travelling through Europe recently, however, Zoom looked after us exceptionally well. Would highly recommend for your next trip.

We travelled to 20 countries and thought our cover was extremely well priced so questioned the ease we might have should we need to claim anything. We lost our passports midtrip and applied to have them covered. It was the easiest, most straight forward experience I have ever had, in terms of insurance. They were kind, helpful & efficient with responses and the whole claim. I would highly recommend.

Have been using Cover1 for travel insurance for years. I have never made a claim but my husband did and the team was very helpful and the process was smooth. I ordered my travel insurance early this time. Changed my travel plans to make the trip shorter, but was not allowed to make the necessary changes to the insurance policy, which surprised me a lot! I would warn others not to buy the travel insurance until almost ready to leave as one is not allowed to make one's trip shorter so I had to pay for a couple of weeks of insurance coverage even though my trip was not as long as the insurance coverage indicated! Strange, eh!?!
