I have no real idea whether this is a good insurance company or not. I would only find that out when I have to make a claim.

Quick and easy to organise along with being well priced. When we wanted to extend covered time very easy to do. We will use again.

My airline cancelled our flight and rebooked us for the next day. This was a week or so before we left. This caused me extra cost of accommodation and flights as we had ongoing flights booked. Contacting the claims team I was immediately informed this was excluded as the cancellation did not happen on the day. Speaking to my travel agent he confirmed the companies he use would have covered this so $700 out of pocket for expenses due to airline and wasted $350 for the insurance.

It took around 9 months to get reimbursed for a claim that was very straight forward. I wasted hours of my life chasing up this claim. We will never use 1cover again.

An easy to understand and very affordable travel cover. Claim process was simple and processed very quickly. Top insurance provider.

So easy to purchase this policy online. I did have to visit the hospital once, but the hospital and it would appear - 1Cover - have it covered :)
