We were unable to travel due to having to stay in NZ to help the Police with an investigation. Then you would not allow us to make a claim. This meant that we lost almost 6K in holiday costs! Thanks!

Wasn't sure if Claims had received the invoice, rung up a couple times to see if it was going to be paid in time as it had a due date. Finally the last time I rung, they had said it had been paid directly to the company, would of been nice to get a email to let me know what was happening.

We have used 1 Cover on many occasions and have found their service excellent. Fortunately we have never had a claim but have confidence in their product.

We have used 1Cover ongoing over a long number of years every time we have been away. We have had to complete medical assess forms for a number of years which has been handled well. NOW the system has changed, and our cost for insurance has become exorbitant. We will now be getting our cover elsewhere.

Very quick and simple to obtain travel insurance cover for within NZ and at a reasonable cost. I would definitely use 1Cover again. Other websites I checked out were too complicated to bother with.

After taking comprehensive insurance cover, I was disappointed to find it did not cover what I thought it would.
Reading 56 pages of terms and conditions can lead to errors for anyone taking out insurance.

The night before we flew to Australia we realised we didn't have any insurance arranged. We went on line completed the paperwork and within 10 minutes had emailed confirmation . It was a breeze! Sure we didn't need it this time but you just never know . We will use 1 cover again.

Very impressed with claim handling when we had to replace emergency items after my husbands case was delayed 3 days, I have since booked another trip & I immediately took out travel insurance with 1cover because of their handling.
