I was traveling to the snow for a week and also riding horses for a week. TINZ offered the easiest and most cost effective way to insure myself for these activities and my general travel insurance.

We chose this Travel Insurance when we encountered a Rental Company with a $A4,000 Excess. This was more than the other companies covered so we took it for peace of mind.

We had to extend our travel insurance policy multiple times, and it was an easy process, thanks to TINZ personnel.

Very easy to get cover good pricing, I haven't had to claim let so that's why I can't rate that, good company i believe.

I have a medical condition and most of the travel insurance companies would automatically decline to insure my condition including 1Cover. I have always use this company in the past and now since 1Cover are covering my condition, it's a bonus for me! I will still continue to use them.

Airline changed homeward flight, brought it forward 17hrs on same day meaning a long layover, 19hrs, at Hong Kong, requiring an airport hotel for 12 hours. I managed to get a hotel voucher from airline so did not claim but all the wording in the TINZ policy refers to delays not flights brought forward - our travel day was 62hrs long without the hotel. Please advise how the TINZ would have responded to a claim for hotel?

I had to extend my cover whilst overseas and had NO trouble doing this as the instructions were clear. Great communication. I would definitely recommend 1Cover for Travel Insurance and will be making contact with them as soon as I travel again. Thanks

For more than 10 years, their customer service is consistently professional and very knowledgeable.
They are always prompt in responding to all my queries and claims. Their people are very reliable.

I didn't need to make a claim but it was great to get insurance so quickly online with all the coverage I needed at a great price.

It is the second time that I use them as travel insurance. I didn't have to use it in any of the situations, but I like the quick and easy way they communicate via email and msg.

I always find the TiNZ website easy to deal with and feels good value for money. Although I have not yet tested the claims process, I am confident it would be fair.

I only choose 1Cover for my insurance. Easy to arrange. No fuss or bother. Can concentrate on enjoying my holiday.
