Fortunately with all the times I have had !Cover I have not needed to make claims but appreciate the support the policy affords.

Easy to access on line. Simple to obtain coverage and value for money. We have used 1Cover for the last five years and have never been let down. Highly recommended.

We arranged online with absolutely nil hassles. Compared with their competitors 1Cover is the fairest and easiest to arrange cover. We would have no doubts about using them again, though having said that, we did not have to make a claim and so unable to judge them on that situation.

Had a great trip and fortunately we didn’t need to lodge a claim, however the peace of mind the cover provided, the ease of getting a quote and then signing on was fantastic. Will be my first call for a quote next time.

Never had to make a claim but feel that if I had to I wouldn't have a problem with it if I had too. Great peace of Mind.

Fortunately our cruise holiday over Christmas was accident and sickness free. With both of us over age 90, we had to be extra careful and use lifts rather that marble stairs. And of course we made excellent travelling Kiwi companions who went out of their way to take care of us. Next time it will be 1Cover.

I have purchased 1cover a few times but have never had to make a claim so while it was easy to purchase I do not know what the other side would be like

I've used 1Cover for a number of years and they made the claims process as stress-free as possible. Their customer service team is efficient in communicating and giving support over the phone/email. Definitely recommend - they're the best!

In Germany, great insurance covering all. Amazing customer experience when claiming on a stolen phone but could also be a bit cheaper. 9/10!

I have been very impressed all the way through the process from quote to acceptance and in current discussions on a minor claim for damaged property. Everyone has been very helpful and clear in their instructions. Look forward to future travel insurance with your competitive rates.
