I had an indecent while away and sort a claim as it was a fluke accident, however was told not covered for this particular happening, yet if I had said one word different would have been covered I was truthful, however I am not one to lie. So I am not happy as it has cost me dearly. Sorry wont use again. I had been told great value but will use my same one I always use.

the rental company deducted the excess immediately and you were given a print screen of this from our bank account. nevertheless you still wanted a copy of the repair invoice. this held things up

Easy to organize insurance,good communication. Cover for USA,Canada appropriate for destination. Going there next year as well and will use company again.Thanks.

This is the second time we have used TINZ - admittedly we didn't have to claim but feel reassured the process would have worked as TINZ kept in touch with us! Significantly cheaper than other options. we chose Comprehensive plus and were travelling to USA.

We travelled to 20 countries and thought our cover was extremely well priced so questioned the ease we might have should we need to claim anything. We lost our passports midtrip and applied to have them covered. It was the easiest, most straight forward experience I have ever had, in terms of insurance. They were kind, helpful & efficient with responses and the whole claim. I would highly recommend.

I developed pneumonia about 10 days into a 42 day trip in Greece. I struggled on until it was obvious I wasn't going to get better. I went to a GP and then specialists, getting receipts etc along the way.
I notified the insurer via email to let them know what was happening and they were great - responding quickly and concerned for my health and telling me they were standing by to give me whatever help I needed.
Antibiotics and three days of bed rest did the trick and I was able to continue my honeymoon.
The insurer followed up at least twice to see how I was doing and asking if I needed any more help, which was really nice.

In terms of making a claim, the total cost was only just slightly more than $200 (which was the excess amount) so I didn't lodge a claim.

I'm happy with the service I received and will definitely use them then next time I travel.

I didn't have to claim but it was the cheapest I could find. The first ever company to send me an email asking if my trip was ok or if I needed to claim anything. Wonderful!

TINZ wouldnt cover me for my heart problem, but would still cover me for the basic things which I was pleased about. Cheers!

Easy to organise on line & although my trip was trouble free I felt very comfortable in the knowledge that my insurance was in good hands.

We had TINZ insurance for our recent trip to Vietnam. I unfortunately had a bad accident & had to claim. TINZ went above & beyond right from contact, communication, hospital recommendation, they sorted our air flight upgraded travel.Made everything seamless. It was quite daunting in a different country & to be helped so much was so relieving. We can't thank them enough. We will always use them for all of our travel & I have recomended to many people already.
