I went on holiday with peace of mind knowing that I was covered for any incident that may occur prior to and on holiday.

The means of having arranged the cover was very simple, and the peace of mind it brought to my wife and I was well worth the premium for the 2 weeks journey.

TINZ was amazing to deal with when our 8 month old daughter fell ill, while on holiday in South Africa. They checked in regular with her health progress via email and/or phone calls.

The claims process was quick and without any hick ups. Highly recommend them and will be using them again for future travels.

Did not have to make a claim,only incident was a suitcase fell out the back of a minivan but luckily wad not run over,we stopped very quickly.

Easy to use. I once had to extend my cover whilst I was away found it so easy to extend my cover with no issues at all.

Over the years we have used SCTI for travel insurance.
As they advised us in a rather rude manner that they did not undertake the type of Insurance product to cover the type of cruise we were taking around New Zealand I undertook some investigation on the internet and found your company. We were away for 7 months, so travel insurance was quite expensive. We had to make a claim for a dental emergency and the process was easy and very customer friendly. After 8 years of hell dealing with Allianz insurance after the Christchurch earthquakes this restored my faith in the value of insurance. We will definitely use TINZ again.
