We submitted a claim and never had any response at all ... chased after 10 working days to find they had paid out only a small portion of the claim, asked for it to be reviewed then heard nothing for a further 10 days had to keep chasing to find out anything then was misled as to how long it would take for the balance of the claim to be paid out overall it was pretty much shambolic as far as customer service goes.. up until then everything was fine..

Made a claim, they made it easy for me to get my documentation in order and it was approved and paid out well within the time stated.

I lost my wallet with cash and cards in Hong Kong. Also we couldn't use our disneyland tickets because my little girl got sick. 1 Cover payed out for everything with only $100 excess. Was easy to email them the evidence. Exceeded expectations.

Your claims people don't know the terms of your policies. it took ages to secure payment for my claim, despite being a simple request that you must get very regularly. Not impressed at all, and still waiting for the payment to come through.

Claim payout should be processed within 48 hours once the claim is approved.

Can you please advise how long it took for your payment to come through? Please note once a payment transfer has been issued, we do not have any control over how long it takes the banks for this to clear.

I would like to congratulate 1Cover as when we needed to advise of a claim you were easy to contact, you followed up to see how things were going and the claim ang refund was easy and reasonably quick to get paid to our bank account.

We intend to travel to the USA again this year and comparing 1Cover's basic cover items which many other travel require addition charges as preconditions for some of these items we will now always use 1cover.

I had travel insurence for over 6 months while traveling. During this time I had to make a claim the process was fairly easy and they paied out. Had more trouble when my camara needed fixing and I had to get a quote witch ment sending my camara off so I never got around to this (due to always being on the move) therefor the claim never went through. But the claims i submited where promptly assessed and paid accordingly. Love the fact you can pay a few extra dollars and have $0 excess. Am now back overseas and using them again.
