Had trouble calling from overseas. I called the right number the IVR option wouldn't recognise the options I was selecting.

Appreciate having cover at age 79 and pleased to be able to talk to actual people on the phone when not computer savvy.

Still waiting for a promised payment which is less than half of what I claimed. I did not expect an airline flight delay reason (operational requirements) to not cover me for my need to repurchase my return ticket. Read the small print and interpret it as the insurer will!!! What policy will cover this area?

One cover have been terrible to deal with from the start. When I required assistants overseas I was told it was outside of office hours and I didn't qualify for "emergency assistance" considering I required surgery I would say it was an emergency. Now after submitting my claim over a month ago I am still waiting for my rembursement, after being told on four occasions now that it would be in my account the next day. Very frustrating! Would never use one cover again or recommend them.

Thank you so much. I know it was a pain but no fault of ours. Airline changed flights. We use you each year. Wouldn't go anywhere else for travel insurance.

Had issues on holiday and they were ready at the end of the phone to help. Claim when I came back was processed fast and efficiently

The slowest service I have had in my entire life!
2 weeks to respond to every email correspondence!
7 weeks to get payed out after making a claim.
Never again

We submitted a claim and never had any response at all ... chased after 10 working days to find they had paid out only a small portion of the claim, asked for it to be reviewed then heard nothing for a further 10 days had to keep chasing to find out anything then was misled as to how long it would take for the balance of the claim to be paid out overall it was pretty much shambolic as far as customer service goes.. up until then everything was fine..

Made a claim, they made it easy for me to get my documentation in order and it was approved and paid out well within the time stated.

I lost my wallet with cash and cards in Hong Kong. Also we couldn't use our disneyland tickets because my little girl got sick. 1 Cover payed out for everything with only $100 excess. Was easy to email them the evidence. Exceeded expectations.
